Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment at client sites
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery using company-provided tools
- Document service reports and maintain digital inventory of provided equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Train clients on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company quality procedures
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Engineering or Technical field (or equivalent experience)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Experience with mechanical/electrical diagnostics
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in industrial environments
- Basic computer skills for reporting systems
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
