Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of civil engineering projects, including commercial and municipal infrastructure.
- Oversee project lifecycles from initial planning and budgeting to final inspection and closeout.
- Ensure all engineering designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, surveyors, and construction managers.
- Conduct site visits and prepare detailed reports, including topographic and surveying data.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the project team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in civil engineering and construction management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D software.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on client relations.
