Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced field equipment across client sites
- Document technical procedures and provide detailed service reports
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize equipment performance
- Train clients on proper equipment usage and safety protocols
- Conduct regular equipment inspections to ensure compliance
- Respond to emergency service calls with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Assist in developing new equipment maintenance protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Electronics/Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of field equipment maintenance experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Certification in industrial equipment repair (preferred)
- Ability to travel up to 30% within Texas
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Willingness to relocate to San Antonio with full assistance provided
