Responsibilities

- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical systems with provided diagnostic tools
- Perform predictive maintenance using company-provided monitoring technology
- Document service reports and technical specifications via tablet equipment
- Train clients on proper equipment operation and safety protocols
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system upgrades
- Adhere to OSHA standards using provided safety equipment
Qualifications
- 5+ years of field technician experience in industrial environments
- Valid Michigan driver's license with clean record (relocation assistance available)
- Technical certification (e.g., HVAC, PLC, or industrial maintenance)
- Experience with diagnostic tools and precision measurement equipment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills with minimal supervision
- Flexibility for occasional overnight travel (equipment provided)
