Responsibilities
- Operate assigned machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine quality control checks to ensure product standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions and blueprints.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production quotas.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Adhere to all company policies and labor laws.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be eligible for EB3 visa sponsorship (no prior U.S. work experience required).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic English communication skills (reading and speaking).
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
