Responsibilities
- Perform assembly and manufacturing tasks according to strict quality standards.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace (OSHA compliance).
- Inspect finished products for defects and report issues to supervisors.
- Follow detailed written and verbal instructions for all tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Basic English reading and writing skills (verbal communication is a plus).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts or overtime as required.
- Reliable transportation to the facility in Charlotte, NC.
- Eligibility to work in the United States (we assist with visa processing).
