Responsibilities
- Operate industrial machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and inspection of work areas and tools.
- Load and unload raw materials, components, and finished products.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) is preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic English proficiency for safety communication and instruction.
- Valid US work authorization or eligibility for EB3 Visa sponsorship.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
