Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor tasks within a fast-paced manufacturing and logistics environment.
- Operate standard machinery and equipment safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet strict quality control standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Handle materials and supplies with care and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic English reading and comprehension skills.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as required.
- No prior specialized experience is necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
