Responsibilities
- Perform assembly line operations and basic machine setup under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in the packaging, labeling, and shipping of finished products.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure product specifications are met.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Operate standard office equipment and hand tools as required by the role.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) is required.
- Basic English reading and writing skills for safety and operational instructions.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to the Milwaukee facility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
