Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and DevOps.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strategies, and ATS platforms to source and engage passive candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct technical phone screens, and coordinate in-person/technical interviews.
- Negotiate offers and manage the closing process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet aggressive hiring targets.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of successful direct hire placements.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles (Java, Python, AWS, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume setting.
