Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various technical and non-technical positions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other ATS platforms to find passive candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success criteria.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Conduct market research to identify compensation trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong knowledge of Memphis, TN job market and recruitment channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proven track record of closing candidates and meeting hiring targets.
