Responsibilities
- Plan and execute high-volume hiring events in Charlotte, Raleigh, Atlanta, and Savannah
- Source and screen 500+ qualified candidates monthly using advanced ATS tools
- Coordinate with 50+ hiring managers to align recruitment strategies
- Lead interview panels and on-site candidate assessments
- Analyze event metrics to optimize hiring ROI and candidate experience
- Develop innovative sourcing campaigns for hard-to-fill technical roles
- Maintain candidate pipeline with personalized engagement strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of corporate recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Proven success planning large-scale hiring events (100+ attendees)
- Expertise in sourcing technical roles (engineering, IT, healthcare)
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, Workday, or similar ATS platforms
- Strong data analysis skills with recruitment KPI tracking
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to travel 25% across NC and GA markets
