Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies on LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Boolean search to build high-quality talent pipelines.
- Manage the end-to-end interview process, including coordinating with hiring managers and conducting technical screens.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize job postings and employer branding initiatives.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarks to ensure competitive compensation packages.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the software or IT industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Strong understanding of full-stack development, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), or data engineering concepts.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high degree of professionalism.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive hiring targets.
