Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including Software Engineering, Data Science, and QA.
- Source passive candidates using advanced Boolean search strategies and professional networking.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure technical and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Manage the entire applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Provide market insights and recruitment strategies to leadership.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical stack (React, Python, AWS, etc.).
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an immediate start availability.
- Self-starter with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring targets.
