Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and harvesters
- Perform crop planting, maintenance, and harvesting duties
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental standards
- Monitor crop quality and report issues to supervisors
- Maintain equipment and assist with basic repairs
- Work collaboratively in diverse teams to meet daily quotas
- Participate in training sessions for new techniques and equipment
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa sponsorship required for 2026 season
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work 10-12 hour shifts including weekends
- Clean background check and drug-free record
