Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, herbs)
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems)
- Perform crop maintenance (weeding, pruning, pest management)
- Inspect produce for quality and readiness for market
- Assist in packing, sorting, and loading harvested goods
- Maintain farm equipment and cleanliness standards
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental guidelines
Qualifications
- Must possess valid H2A visa documentation
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
