Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) for crop cultivation and harvesting
- Perform manual labor including planting, weeding, pruning, and crop inspection
- Maintain equipment and facilities through daily cleaning and minor repairs
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality control standards
- Assist with irrigation system management and pest control monitoring
- Participate in crop packaging and loading for distribution
- Complete daily production reports and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa or eligibility for H2A sponsorship
- Minimum 1 year of commercial farming experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination
- Valid driver's license (tractor operation preferred)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Strong work ethic and reliability with consistent attendance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
