Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across production, logistics, and quality control departments
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead team of 15+ professionals through performance coaching and development
- Analyze KPIs and operational data to drive data-driven decisions
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and industry regulations
- Manage annual budget allocation and expense tracking
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field
- 5+ years in operations management or equivalent leadership role
- Proven experience with Lean Six Sigma or process optimization methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends as needed
