Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT).
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strategies to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates against technical requirements and culture fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job specifications and build talent pipelines.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and quality of hire.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles within a direct hire capacity.
- Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
