Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end technical recruitment for software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity roles
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase job visibility and candidate applications
- Source passive candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Optimize career pages and job postings for conversion and search ranking
- Analyze recruitment metrics to refine sourcing channels and employer branding
- Coordinate virtual hiring events and interview scheduling for Las Vegas clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years in technical recruiting with proven SEO implementation experience
- Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and applicant tracking analytics
- Advanced knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs) and content optimization
- Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycle and roles
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage passive candidates
- Experience with remote hiring processes and virtual event coordination
