Responsibilities
- Full-cycle technical recruitment for software engineering and data science roles
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech forums
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal profiles
- Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interview logistics
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics
- Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top tech talent
- Maintain compliance with EEOC regulations and industry standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in IT/software engineering
- Proven success in sourcing specialized tech roles (AI, DevOps, Cloud)
- Expertise with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and CRM tools
- Strong understanding of technical skills and engineering workflows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with relocation coordination preferred
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
