Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT) from requisition to offer acceptance.
- Source and engage with passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain strong relationships throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles (e.g., Full Stack, DevOps, QA).
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
