Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive relocation packages for incoming executives and specialized professionals
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to manage housing, logistics, and cultural integration
- Develop customized relocation plans addressing unique Alaskan challenges (climate, remote logistics)
- Lead budget management for relocation programs exceeding $2M annually
- Conduct post-relocation satisfaction surveys and program optimization
- Mentor junior relocation specialists and drive service excellence
- Collaborate with HR and executive teams on talent attraction strategies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in corporate relocation management with executive-level experience
- Proven success designing relocation packages valued $100K+
- Expert knowledge of Alaskan housing markets and logistics
- PHR or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for complex logistical scenarios
- Experience leading cross-functional relocation teams
- Valid Alaska driver's license with clean record
