Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for incoming professionals
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reimbursements
- Partner with housing specialists to secure temporary and permanent residences
- Develop customized relocation plans addressing cultural transitions
- Conduct needs assessments for families and individuals
- Collaborate with vendors for moving services and household goods shipment
- Provide ongoing support during transition periods
Qualifications
- 3+ years in corporate relocation or HR coordination
- Proven experience with relocation software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) preferred
- Deep knowledge of Boston housing market and school systems
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in high-volume environment
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license
