Responsibilities
- Coordinate comprehensive relocation packages including moving logistics, temporary housing, and school searches
- Act as primary liaison between relocating employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Develop customized relocation plans addressing individual needs and budget constraints
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reporting with meticulous attention to detail
- Conduct pre-move consultations and post-move follow-ups to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with HR to onboard relocated employees and integrate them into company culture
- Track relocation KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in corporate relocation or talent acquisition
- Proven expertise in managing complex relocation logistics and vendor relationships
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with multicultural sensitivity
- Strong analytical abilities for budget management and problem-solving
- Proficiency in relocation software (e.g., Relocation Management Systems)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within metropolitan Detroit
- SHRM-SCP or GMS certification preferred
