Responsibilities
- Guide tech professionals through U.S. visa applications and relocation documentation
- Coordinate housing, banking, and school enrollment for relocating candidates
- Partner with Sacramento tech companies to align relocation packages with candidate needs
- Conduct cultural assimilation workshops and local resource navigation
- Track relocation milestones and maintain candidate communication logs
- Collaborate with legal teams on compliance for international hiring
- Analyze relocation program metrics to optimize candidate success rates
Qualifications
- 3+ years in immigration, HR, or tech recruitment with relocation focus
- Certified Global Mobility Professional (CGMP) or equivalent preferred
- Deep knowledge of U.S. visa processes (H1B, O1, L1) and state-specific requirements
- Exceptional cross-cultural communication skills in English and at least one other language
- Proficiency with relocation management software (e.g., Cartus, Graebel)
- Experience with Sacramento's tech ecosystem and local resources
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in remote setting
- Valid California driver's license for occasional local travel
