In this role, you will play a pivotal part in scaling our engineering and product teams. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruitment, from identifying top talent to closing offers.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, data science, and product roles.
- Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Screen resumes and conduct technical and behavioral interviews.
- Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand technical needs.
- Post jobs to various channels and optimize job descriptions for SEO.
- Provide feedback and reporting on pipeline metrics and hiring status.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and technical roles.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
