Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles (Engineering, Data, IT) from requisition to onboarding.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social networking, to identify passive candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and assess cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build long-term talent pipelines.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or Staffing Specialist.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
