Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including engineering, product management, and data science.
- Manage the weekend shift schedule to ensure continuous sourcing and candidate engagement.
- Sourcing and screening candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit and cultural alignment.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate the hiring process from interview to offer letter.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Strong understanding of the San Francisco tech market and technical skill sets.
- Ability to work effectively during weekends and holidays as part of the core team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
