As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a critical role in our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring we attract, source, and hire the best engineers and developers.
Responsibilities
- Source & Screen: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking) to identify and engage passive candidates for technical roles.
- Interview Process: Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Client Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and engineering teams to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise candidates and clients.
- Offer Management: Manage the offer process, including negotiation and closing to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally within the Software Engineering or SaaS industry.
- Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Drive: Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting aggressive hiring targets.
