Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to source, screen, and interview technical candidates for open positions.
- Utilize Boolean search techniques and professional networks (LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, GitHub) to identify top talent.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Post jobs to various job boards and optimize postings for SEO and visibility.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage offer negotiations, and facilitate the onboarding process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Human Resources.
- Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT, etc.).
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of sourcing tools and Boolean search syntax.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
