Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for mid-to-senior level technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and social media (LinkedIn, GitHub) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and success criteria.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate data and reporting.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and compensation benchmarks to ensure competitive positioning.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated success in filling hard-to-fill technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, or Logistics Tech).
- Strong understanding of the local Memphis job market and technical community.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and Boolean search.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
