Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting strategies to identify and secure top-tier engineering and technical talent.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques on LinkedIn, GitHub, and Boolean search to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Screen and interview candidates effectively, ensuring cultural fit and technical proficiency.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track pipeline metrics and pipeline health.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and interview processes.
- Conduct market research to stay current on salary trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on candidate experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
