Responsibilities
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking to identify active and passive candidates for software development, engineering, and IT roles.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and technical interviews to evaluate candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their technical needs and hiring timelines.
- Offer Management: Coordinate the interview process, prepare offers, and manage candidate onboarding to ensure a seamless experience.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development life cycles and technical roles (e.g., Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, DevOps).
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Drive: Highly motivated, self-starter with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales or hiring targets.
