Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps) using advanced sourcing techniques and Boolean search.
- Manage the entire candidate journey, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating offers, and closing talent.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build effective recruitment pipelines.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust network of tech professionals in the San Jose area and beyond.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to support client and candidate decision-making.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or Staffing Specialist in the IT/Software industry.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in technical roles, preferably within the San Jose/Silicon Valley market.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, programming languages, and technical skills assessment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
