Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive screening and interviewing of candidates for technical and support roles.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing to offer extension.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and pipeline health.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer service.
- Strong understanding of the local Columbus, OH job market.
