Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for technical positions (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT).
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilize various channels including LinkedIn, Indeed, and Boolean searches to build talent pipelines.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust network of potential candidates in the California tech market.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Track applicant metrics and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Experience sourcing candidates in the California market is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on immediate results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
