Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking) to identify and engage qualified candidates for open technical positions.
- Conduct phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from job requisition to offer extension and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting (SaaS, IT, Engineering, or Software Development).
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and technical interview techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive recruitment targets.
