Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening technical candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Job Boards).
- Conducting initial phone screens and coordinating technical interviews for Engineering, Data, and Product roles.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
- Providing a world-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assisting in the coordination of our Sacramento hiring events and recruitment drives.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruitment or a related HR field (Internships considered).
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for on-site hiring events.
