Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and Product Management.
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking events.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive talent.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide exceptional communication throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Strong understanding of the tech industry and software development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
