Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for technical positions (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT Infrastructure).
- Sourcing and screening candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking events.
- Conduct comprehensive phone and technical interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Manage the interview process and coordinate schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Provide market feedback and salary benchmarking to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of placing candidates in direct hire roles.
- Strong knowledge of the Philadelphia technology market and hiring landscape.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
