Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for technical roles.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create accurate job descriptions.
- Manage candidate relationships through the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly reports to the recruitment team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources is a plus (entry-level candidates with strong soft skills are also encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting with a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
