Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening high-quality technical candidates (Software Engineering, DevOps, Cybersecurity) using various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer extension and onboarding.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers to define technical requirements and success criteria.
- Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady stream of qualified applicants.
- Conducting thorough phone screens and coordinating technical interviews with engineering teams.
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and ensure data accuracy.
- Staying current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruiting technologies.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles within strict deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting tools, specifically LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
