Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening technical candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Building and managing a pipeline of qualified candidates for IT and Engineering roles.
- Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers and managing the interview schedule.
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
- Negotiating offers and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
- Collaborating with the sales team to understand client needs and market trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Experience with sourcing tools and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and technical roles (DevOps, Java, .NET, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first or hybrid environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field is a plus.
