Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for technical positions (engineering, IT, data science)
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Conduct technical interviews and collaborate with hiring managers
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche platforms
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS system
- Build and nurture relationships with industry talent communities
- Provide weekly recruitment progress reports to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with proven success
- Expertise in sourcing for software engineering and IT roles
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Strong technical understanding of programming languages and tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
