Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for technical roles (software engineers, data scientists, DevOps)
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Utilize LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech platforms for passive candidate sourcing
- Conduct technical interviews and skill assessments
- Optimize applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly progress reports
Qualifications
- 2+ years technical recruiting experience in IT/software industry
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of technical skills (Python, AWS, React, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Cleveland-based or willing to travel locally for client meetings
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements quarterly
