Responsibilities
- Source and attract top-tier technical talent through advanced SEO strategies and targeted recruitment channels
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering roles, including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines using ATS systems and data-driven analytics
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions
- Optimize recruitment marketing campaigns to enhance employer brand visibility
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques including Boolean searches and passive candidate engagement
- Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience with a focus on engineering/IT roles
- Proven expertise in SEO-driven candidate sourcing and recruitment marketing
- Advanced proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and CRM tools
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Data literacy with experience using recruitment analytics to drive decisions
- Strong understanding of technical roles (software development, DevOps, data science)
- Relevant certifications in recruitment or HR management (preferred)
