Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels, including social media and professional networks.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of active and passive job seekers.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and company culture.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from offer negotiation to onboarding.
- Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in technical recruiting or staffing is a plus but not required for immediate start roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- A self-starter attitude with a drive to exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
