Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience in high-growth tech environments
- Proven success sourcing specialized talent in AI/ML, quantum, or emerging fields
- Expertise in Boolean/X-Ray sourcing and advanced ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Deep understanding of 2026 tech trends and required skillsets
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate complex engineering competencies
- Experience building remote-first global recruitment strategies
- Certification in technical recruitment or talent analytics preferred
