Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and specialized tech forums
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering roles (Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists)
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Optimize candidate experience through personalized communication and transparent feedback loops
- Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality
- Represent TechCorp at industry events and tech meetups to build employer visibility
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience in fast-paced tech environments
- Proven track record sourcing hard-to-fill engineering roles (Python, Java, Cloud)
- Deep understanding of technical stacks and hiring trends in the UK tech market
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment analytics tools
